Returns & Exchanges Policy
Policy Overview
At Fairbanks Plastic Surgery Essentials, we are committed to providing quality products and a shopping experience you can trust. We understand that purchasing recovery and skincare products is an important decision, and we want you to feel confident when ordering from us. If a return, exchange, or refund is needed, our team will work to make the process as straightforward and transparent as possible.
Return & Exchange Eligibility
To be eligible for a return or exchange, products must be in new, unused condition and returned in their original packaging. All included accessories, components, documentation, and original materials must accompany the return.
Products showing signs of use, damage caused after delivery, missing components, or altered packaging may not qualify for a refund or exchange.
Return Window
Eligible items may be returned within 30 days of the documented delivery date.
Requests submitted after the 30-day return period may not be approved. We encourage customers to inspect their order promptly upon arrival to ensure everything meets expectations.
Return Shipping Responsibility
For returns requested due to personal preference, change of mind, incorrect ordering, or other customer-initiated reasons, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
To simplify the process, we can provide a prepaid return shipping label. If a prepaid label is used, the return shipping cost will be deducted from the final refund amount.
There are no restocking fees for approved returns.
Original shipping charges are refundable when a return qualifies under this policy.
How to Start a Return or Exchange
Before returning any item, please contact our customer support team at support@fairbanksplasticsurgeryessentials.com to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).
Once approved, you will receive return instructions and any applicable shipping documentation. Returns sent without prior authorization may experience delays in processing or may not be accepted.
We recommend securely packaging all returned merchandise to help prevent damage during transit.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible so we can resolve the issue promptly.
For freight deliveries, damage must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.
For standard parcel shipments delivered by carriers such as UPS, FedEx, or USPS, damage or defect claims must be reported within 15 days of delivery.
When reporting damage, please include photographs of the product, packaging, and shipping label whenever possible. This helps us expedite the resolution process.
For approved damaged, defective, or incorrect item claims, Fairbanks Plastic Surgery Essentials will cover all applicable return and replacement shipping costs.
Cancellations
Orders may be canceled for a full refund any time before shipment.
Once an order has shipped, it can no longer be canceled and will instead be subject to the return process outlined in this policy.
If you need to request a cancellation, please contact us immediately after placing your order.
Refund Processing Time
After a returned item is received and inspected, approved refunds are typically processed within 7 business days.
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during checkout. Depending on your financial institution, additional processing time may be required before funds appear in your account.
Our Error vs. Customer-Initiated Returns
If a return is required because we shipped the wrong item, the product arrived defective, or the item was damaged during transit, we will cover all associated return shipping expenses and provide a full refund or replacement, including original shipping charges.
For customer-initiated returns, including buyer's remorse, preference changes, or ordering errors, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
Exchanges Process
If you would like to exchange an eligible item, please contact our support team to begin the process.
Customers are responsible for both return shipping costs and reshipment costs associated with exchanges unless the exchange is required due to our error, a defective product, or shipping damage.
Exchange requests are subject to product availability at the time the returned item is received and inspected.
