Grant A. Fairbanks, M.D.
Dr. Fairbanks’ broad training in Plastic Surgery allows him to care for patients of all ages. He is highly trained as a cosmetic plastic surgeon in Salt Lake City, UT. His areas of expertise include facial rejuvenation, eyelid surgery, nasal surgery, and lip enlargement. He is also highly trained in other popular procedures such as breast augmentation, breast reduction, liposuction, abdominoplasty, and body contouring for bariatric surgery patients. He has impressive results with fat grafting for both cosmetic and reconstructive surgery. His special interest in congenital deformities includes surgery of the ear (microtia), prominent ear, cleft lip and palate, and cleft nasal deformities.
Dr. Fairbanks returned to Salt Lake City, Utah to practice following his training. Even though Dr. Fairbanks is in private practice, he continues his academic interest as an adjunct assistant professor of surgery at the University of Utah School of Medicine.
